Designed for those customers not ready to commit to entire hog or lacking the freezer space to store large quantities of meat at a time.

Here's what you get:

• 2 packs Breakfast Sausage patties (5/pack)

• 1 pack Bacon (smoked, sliced - 1lb packages)

• 1 pack bone-in Porkchops (pack of 3-4)

• 1 pack Ground Pork (1 lb packs)

• 5 lbs unrendered pork fat (great for making lard or adding to lean meat burger)
