Our new pork freezer packs!

Designed for those customers not ready to commit to entire hog or lacking the freezer space to store large quantities of meat at a time.

Here's what you get:

• 5 packs Breakfast Sausage patties (5/pack)

• 3 packs Bacon (smoked, sliced - 1lb packs)

• 2 packs Bone-in Porkchops (3-4/pack)

• 2 Smoked Bone-in Hams (3-4 lbs/Ham)

• 2 packs Ground Pork (1lb/pack)

• 1 pack Jumbo Garlic sticks (5-7 sticks per pack)

• 1 ring Ham Sausage

• 5 lbs unrendered pork fat (great for making lard or adding to lean meat burgers)

The cuts in these packs are from Hereford x Berkshire hogs born on our farm and raised on pasture and forest all spring/summer/fall. They boast an excellently marbled, dark meat that is full of flavour and unlike anything you can buy in a conventional grocery store! Some things you'll love about our pork is that it is corn and soy free, antibiotic free, Alberta provincially inspected, and raised in a natural environment.
