Our broilers are Cornish chickens, and during most of their life they are raised on pasture, rotated daily to receive fresh grass and nutrients. They are supplemented with commercial organic non-medicated chicken feed, while also feasting on insects, grubs, roots, forage etc in their natural environment.
This results in a meat that is tender, lean and delicious.
